Utah Music Foundation announces 2024 recipient of the Steve Shirts Band Scholarship

We are thrilled to announce that Elizabeth Carroll has been awarded the 2024 Steve Shirts Band Scholarship. Elizabeth is a 2024 graduate of Emery High School and will be attending Snow College this fall. This $500 scholarship honors Steve Shirts, a celebrated band director and educator.
